The one who was told your accomplishments were not earned by you, but given to you by someone else. Told your skills at home didn’t transfer to the real world.

This is a community for all of us pink-collar workers who are done being overlooked and ready to rise up. Real stories about real people who know exactly what you have been carrying and believe you deserve more. This is about those of us who hold the world together. We step in when there is a crisis, go above and beyond the confines of our job descriptions, help everyone succeed around us, but when the dust settles, we are invisible again. This is for those of us who want to break generational brainwashing.

We don’t do fake here. We don’t placate either. We can rise together, but to rise, you must be willing to work on learning to fly. If you are serious about growing, changing, or helping out your pink-collar community, welcome! Here we out in the work for ourselves, not everybody else.
